BEHIND THE BRAND

located by the beach in Santa Cruz, CA my love for the ocean and passion for surfing influence my designs. I have a B.A. in Design Studies with an emphasis in Graphic Design, but have been painting since I was a child and metal smithing off and on for the last five years. My main medium for painting is oil & watercolor. My design influence for jewelry comes from growing up between Santa Cruz and Texas. Growing up with one parent living in the Santa Cruz Mountains and one living in Texas, as well as living in Maui in the summers my art has been molded by these places. My design aesthetic for sterling silver has more of a western influence while the gold fill pieces are more coastal oriented.
